I've been able to use this device, but it's been fraught with problems. First, I haven't been able to use the WIFI router functionality. I've kept my old router because the new machine is not very dependable.

Also, backing up files over the network takes forever, and often other traffic on the internet slows down to a crawl when that's happening.

Not what it should be Apple.
